Every school maintains a library of policies, handbooks, and guidance documents. The Documents module gives you a central, organised repository where staff can easily find what they need — and where you can require and track read confirmation for important documents. ## Key Features * Organise documents into configurable groups, such as Policies, Guidance, and Handbooks. * Upload and manage your school's key documents. * Assign individual staff to specific documents and require them to confirm they have read and understood them. * Managers can monitor confirmation status and send reminders to outstanding staff. ## How Read Confirmation Works When you assign a document to a member of staff, they receive a notification. They read the document and click to confirm their understanding. As the manager, you can see at a glance who has confirmed and who hasn't.
