## What Parents Provide

Parents complete a structured online form covering:

* Contact details and home address
* Medical information (conditions, medications, allergies)
* Educational background and additional needs
* Consents: trips and visits, use of photographs, and biometric data

## Importing into Your MIS

The DfE ATF (Admissions Transfer File) is the standard UK format for transferring pupil admission data between schools and MIS platforms. Clever School exports a valid ATF file once parents have completed their enrolment forms. To import it:

1. Download the **DfE ATF file** from the Enrolment module.
2. Open your MIS and locate the student import or admissions import function — this is usually found under **Admin**, **Data**, or **Admissions** depending on your provider.
3. Select the ATF file and follow your MIS provider's import steps. The process is supported by all major MIS platforms including SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor, and iMPACT.
4. Print additional information (medical, educational) per student for physical office records — this data supplements the ATF import and is not included in the file itself.

<Tip>
  Use the bulk upload for your main annual intake and the individual add option for in-year admissions throughout the year.
