Professional standards frameworks help teachers understand expectations and reflect on their own practice. The Professional Standards module provides a structured space for staff to assess themselves against a chosen framework, store supporting evidence, and optionally share their reflections with a mentor or coach for developmental conversations. ## Key Features * **Pre-load a recognised framework** — content from major professional standards frameworks (e.g. Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, Multi-Academy Trust frameworks) can be loaded for your school's use, so staff can begin reflecting immediately. * **Individual self-reflection** — each staff member accesses their own reflection record at any time and works through the standards at their own pace. * **Evidence storage** — staff can upload evidence files against individual standards to support their self-assessment. * **Sharing with a coach or mentor** — a staff member can share their reflection record with a colleague or coach, enabling richer developmental conversations and support. ## Who Is This For?
