# Website Tools: Staff Contact Forms and Word of the Week

> Clever School Website Tools provide spam-protected staff contact forms and a Word of the Week data feed — both designed to integrate seamlessly with your school website.

The Website Tools module provides two practical tools for enhancing your school website — a spam-protected staff contact form and a Word of the Week feature — without needing to manage them in your website CMS.

## Staff Contact Forms

Each contact form target (a named member of staff or a department) has its own form endpoint URL. Your website developer points a web form on your school website to that URL, and messages submitted through the form are routed securely through Clever School.

* Spam protection prevents bots from flooding staff inboxes.
* Every incoming message is copied to an office email address so the office can respond centrally if needed.
* When staff reply, their reply is routed via the office to maintain quality and consistency.

## Word of the Week

The Word of the Week feed provides a JSON data URL that your school website calls to display the current word automatically.

* Each week's entry includes the word, its meaning, an example sentence, and translations into one or two languages.
* Set up words for the whole academic year in advance — the feed updates automatically each week with no action needed from you.
* A separate archive feed URL is also available if you want to display previous words on a dedicated page.

<Note>Both tools require your website developer or website provider to connect the feed URLs or form endpoint URLs to your school website. The relevant URLs are available from within the Website Tools module once it is enabled.</Note>
