Enable the AI Tools module to give your staff a safe space to explore and demonstrate AI capabilities within Clever School Systems.
Initial setup requires Administrator access. AI Tools are experimental features.

Quick Start

Enable the module

Go to Administration > Modules and enable AI Tools.

Assign an AI Tools Manager

Go to Administration > Users and assign the AI Tools Manager role to one or more members of staff.

Open the module

Reload the page and select AI Tools from the sidebar.

Try image generation

Enter a prompt and generate an image. Share the result with staff to start a conversation about AI.

Current Limitations

  • Currently only image generation is enabled.
  • Tools are experimental and not intended for critical school workflows.
  • More tools will be added as the module develops.
AI Tools work well in CPD sessions — they give staff a low-stakes environment to experiment with AI and build confidence before using external tools.
