How It Works

Rooms are organised into buildings — and optionally sites — so your whole school estate is covered in one place. Each room has its own checklist drawn from the 28 pre-loaded H&S checks. When a check fails, record a required action. The responsible manager is notified automatically so nothing falls through the gaps. Review dates can be set per room to match the frequency required for that space, whether annual for standard classrooms or more frequent for higher-risk areas.
