Select Administration in the main sidebar.

Open the Modules page
Select Modules from the Administration menu.

Toggle on your chosen modules
Switch on the toggle next to each module you want to enable.

Reload the page
Reload the page — the module will now appear in the main navigation.
Only Administrators can enable or disable modules.
